We are looking for a talented Social media coordinator to create and maintain a strong online presence for one of our clients.

As a Social media coordinator, you will develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote our client's brand. Ultimately, you should be able to increase web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Social Media Specialist and Quality Analyst on any given tasks
- Help answer all reviews and messages in a timely manner (Google+, Cars.com, Dealerrater, Edmunds, and Yelp.)
- Create engaging text, image and video content using tools like Canva
- Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
- Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
- Send negative reviews to clients and stay in communication to generate appropriate responses.
- Create/Write Social Media captions for scheduled postings
- Research demographics and upcoming events for assigned clients by the SM specialist
- Schedule Posts assigned by your Social Media Specialist
- Help curate relevant posts for Twitter/ Facebook/Instagram and use tools to engage with followers
- Actively participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions for a wide variety of projects and pitches
- Serve as a thought leader for innovation and continuously present new social technologies and trends
- Attend all meetings scheduled by the department
- Perform tasks as assigned by the Social Media Team Lead or Project Manager
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator
- Expertise in multiple social media platforms
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
- Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
- Excellent communication skills
- Multitasking and analytical skills
- BS degree in Marketing, New media or relevant field
