We are looking for an experienced B2B Appointment Setter that is highly motivated, self-starter, able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources.
This person is responsible for qualifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound call. This person will also be responsible for navigating each potential customer's business structure, gathering necessary information, identifying buyers/decision makers and scheduling appointments with them.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities by making outbound phone calls to potential customers to offer products/services for Australia's leading digital marketing company.
- Appointment setting for Australia specialists to close or selling entry products on the phone.
- Produce required number of appointments per week/month
- Sending emails and reply to responses of prospects
- Manage, Track and Report daily appointment setting activities through CRM
- Sourcing data,lists and potential leads through web searches.
- Explaining services over the phone and by email, and getting prospects to agree on an appointment
- Develop a sound understanding of company value proposition for industry vertical
- Other related duties as assigned
Qualificiations:
- Previous experience in a similar position and working knowledge of the industry
- Basic knowledge in SEO and Google Ads
- Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
- Highly professional and dependable
- Comfortable communicating with business executives in diverse industries.
- Goal-oriented individual with a sense of urgency
- Excellent communication, customer service, problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent telephone skills
