Responsibilities


  • Generate new business opportunities by making outbound phone calls to potential customers to offer outsourcing


  • Produce required number of appointments per week/month


  • Sending emails and reply to responses of prospects


  • Manage, Track and Report daily appointment setting activities through CRM


  • Sourcing data, lists and potential leads through web searches


  •  Explaining services over the phone and by email, and getting prospects to agree on an appointment


  • Develop a sound understanding of company value proposition for industry vertical


  • Other related duties as assigned

 


Requirements


  • Previous experience in a similar position and working knowledge of the industry


  • Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor


  • Highly professional and dependable


  • Comfortable communicating with business executives in diverse industries


  • Goal-oriented individual with a sense of urgency


  • Self-starter, energetic, and hungry for sales


  • Excellent communication, customer service, problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress


  • Strong organizational and time management skills


  • Excellent telephone skills
