Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities by making outbound phone calls to potential customers to offer outsourcing
- Produce required number of appointments per week/month
- Sending emails and reply to responses of prospects
- Manage, Track and Report daily appointment setting activities through CRM
- Sourcing data, lists and potential leads through web searches
- Explaining services over the phone and by email, and getting prospects to agree on an appointment
- Develop a sound understanding of company value proposition for industry vertical
- Other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar position and working knowledge of the industry
- Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
- Highly professional and dependable
- Comfortable communicating with business executives in diverse industries
- Goal-oriented individual with a sense of urgency
- Self-starter, energetic, and hungry for sales
- Excellent communication, customer service, problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent telephone skills
